Elder Services

The Elder Services Day Center is an unique service which builds upon our deep respect for elders with disabilities, their life experiences, and individual needs. The Community Connections Elder Service program specializes in catering to seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Social activities, transportation to medical appointments, and therapies help our seniors to remain active and to age with dignity.

Our affiliations with local senior centers and Councils on Aging provide opportunities for day trips, lunches, dances, aerobics and volunteering. An aging specialist is on staff to help address individual needs.
