Congratulations to our new President & CEO

Please join us in congratulating Dave Botting as the new President & CEO of Community Connections. Dave has been with CCI since 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer. He will assume his new role on July 1.

Before coming to CCI, Dave was the Chief Financial Officer at Cape Cod Child Development. Prior to his service at CCCD, Dave was the CFO at Mid Cape Home Centers, and worked as a Plant Controller, Regional Controller and VP of International Finance at Sealy Corporation for 13 years. Dave attended Springfield College, studying Rehabilitation Services, only to shift gears towards the accounting and finance field. Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley University and his MBA from Babson College. Dave serves on the Board of Directors at the YMCA of Cape Cod, was involved in the startup of the Yarmouth Food Pantry, is a Yarmouth Rotarian, and is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Since arriving at CCI, Dave has skillfully managed our finances and improved our financial management processes. He oversaw the purchase of our Wareham facility and served as the project manger of our new Whites Path site. He possesses a unique combination of personal qualities and life and work experience that will serve CCI well. He brings a deep sense of passion and integrity to his work and believes deeply in CCI’s values of teamwork, excellence, and innovation. We are excited to welcome him as our new leader.

The Board of Directors is confident that Dave will lead CCI to even greater success and impact in the coming years, building on the remarkable accomplishments of our founder and former CEO, Donna Sabecky.

Finally, we want to acknowledge Kim Comart, who stepped into the Executive Director role on short notice last October when Donna’s health challenges forced her to leave the job. Kim has provided steady and skillful leadership for CCI, guiding us through this transition and driving important improvements in the organization.

Thank you Kim and congratulations Dave!
