Community Connections Awarded Three – Year CARF Accreditation

CARF International announced today that Community Connections, Inc. has again earned its highest level of official recognition, a Three-Year Accreditation for adhering to the highest standard of service, policies and procedures.

“This achievement is an indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served. Services, personnel, and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of practice excellence,” read the official CARF notification.

“Our Service Directors, Program Managers and their staff are all to be commended for their diligent preparation. Many hours are dedicated to the review process and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome,” said Vice President of Programs Joe Krajewski.

“It was clear that the excellence in our delivery of service impressed the surveyors.” said President and CEO Donna Sabecky. “On more than one occasion, they mentioned that our practices exceeded what they have experienced in other states.”

An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
