Our South Yarmouth Day Center first opened its doors in 1998.

As the program grew, so did the need for more space. In 2006, the program moved into its current spacious location on Whites Path just off Route 6. It has become a multi-service center with day habilitation, life skills, employment services, and home to our business administrative staff.

This location features an accessible garden, numerous themed program rooms, modern kitchen, therapy and exercise facilities and nurse’s offices. Our program participants enjoy many outings in the area, including delivering flowers for Flower Angels.

The friendly and courteous drivers of our transportation services provide safe transport to and from the South Yarmouth Day Center.
