Kevin JonesDirector of Program Administration
Since his initial hire in 1999 as a Fall River Employment Services Coordinator, Kevin has taken on many roles and been involved with numerous leadership training opportunities. He took on the role as Service Director in 2006 and then Director of Program Administration in 2009. He brings with him 21 years of experience working in Human Services having worked and held management roles in Residential, Day/Vocational and Employment services. Kevin moved from group employment to individual employment before making the move to Community Connections.
Aside from his everyday duties, Kevin has volunteered his time with events to promote the agency including the Agency Cookout, Classic by the Sea Charity Golf Tournament, Fall River Spaghetti Supper, and the Walk-A-Thon and Family Fun Day. He has spent the last year and a half developing, implementing and training for our Electronic Case Management System.
Outside of his responsibilities at work, Kevin has been a long time coach and volunteer for Special Olympics and is a certified NVMAB Instructor (Non Violent Management of Aggressive Behavior).
