A Sampling of our Careers

Relief/On Call Driver Vehicular transportation of people with disabilities between homes and day sites, providing escort and assistance as needed. Monday – Friday; morning and afternoon routes.
QUALIFICATIONS: Massachusetts driver’s license and at least 21 years of age. Documented recent physical examination indicating ability to perform job. Acceptable criminal background check required and Registry of Motor Vehicles records checks. Experience providing transportation services to people with disabilities preferred.

Employment Specialist Full Time position (40 hrs wk) providing employment assessment, placement, on-the-job training and support to adults with developmental disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Pertinent experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in related human service or business field; good written and verbal communication; independent means of transportation; satisfactory driving and acceptable criminal background check required; ability to work flexible hours, including possibly evenings and weekends.

Developmental Specialist Fulltime (37.5 hrs) working with adults with developmental and other disabilities. Responsible for implementing individual’s Day Hab Service Plan goals and objectives and documenting their progress.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year’s experience and/or training in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedures, to compose routine reports and communicate effectively. Ability to assist people in and out of wheelchairs. Satisfactory criminal background check required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Program Aide Part time position working with adults with developmental and other disabilities. Responsible for implementing individual’s Day Hab Service Plan goals and objectives and documenting their progress.
