Community Connections, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation and donations are tax deductible. Support our New Centers
Community Connections has created model facilities for people with disabilities and their families on Cape Cod, in Fall River and Fairhaven. At these new state of the art facilities, individuals can receive employment services, supported living and day services along with many innovative programs such as life skills development, specialized wheelchair transportation and case management to help clients and their families meet their needs.
Naming Opportunities:  There are a variety of naming opportunities for interested donors at our new centers.

Planned Giving Opportunities
By including Community Connections in your estate plans, you will have a lasting impact on the people with disabiities that we serve. Your future support allows people to continue working and living successfully in our communities. Please consult with your tax advisor or lawyer to determine the best option for you. 
There are a number of giving options available:
-Donate gifts of Securities, including stocks, bonds and mutual funds
-Make a general bequest, a gift of a stated amount or a % of your estate, to be used for Community Connections' general 
      needs, or for a specific need that you designate
-Make a specific bequest, a gift of property such as real estate
-Specify that a fund be established in your name, for bequests over $5,000
-Specify that a gift be invested in Community Connections' Endowment Fund
