Making Mobility Easier
Transportation Services makes mobility easier for clients with a fleet of wheelchair accessible and ambulatory vehicles. Community Connections vans transport clients from their homes to their day programs as well as to community services, medical appointments and other activities.
The vans are well maintained and reliable. Drivers are experienced, courteous and sensitive to working with people with disabilities. They are CPR trained and develop a personal relationship with the clients they transport each day.
Contracts
Community Connections is contracted for transportation services with the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority, the Greater Attleboro & Taunton Regional Transit Authority and through a grant from Bristol Elder Services.
