Community Connections 23rd annual fundraiser, Gala by the Sea Dinner and Auction was held on Friday, October 30, 2009. The Beach House Grille at the Chatham Bars Inn provided the perfect setting for inspiring opportunities for people with disabilities. This year featured artwork in a variety of media by Community Connections artists.

A Silent Auction with hors d'oeuvres was followed by an elegant dinner with wine and music by Four Guys in Tuxes. The Live Auction featured award-winning auctioneer Kathy Kingston.
